Quadrant Subscription Services completes transition to independant infrastructure

CMC contributed considerably to the design and implementation of the new independent infrastructure over the last 12 months. Comprising networking, virtualisation & storage, guest machines, backup & DR, hosted services and even a level 1 PCI compliant payment processing environment, the project provided many opportunities for challenges.
We were able to provide technical direction, best practice guidance, troubleshooting analysis and resolution, strategy and tactics to gradually migrate the 24x7 systems from the old platforms to the new whilst ensuring continuity of services to clients, customers, staff and agents alike.
Any project of this scale is not without its hurdles both technical and resource-wise, but the transition project objectives were met in the overall timeframe required and the result of those efforts is that the business has a modern and flexible infrastructure platform with which to move forward.
It was a pleasure for the team at CMC to work with a multitude of partner organisations as well as with the IT team at Quadrant.
